   I can’t imagine how much coffee it took to actually overpower the bourbon qualities of this beer. The aftertaste actually tastes like coffee. Awesome.

    I owed a friend at Ithaca Beer a favor, so I took a couple of bottles of 2009 Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout out to him yesterday.. we also drank some 2011 Founders Breakfast Stout, but that paled in comparison to how amazing the BCBS was. I’m usually not a big stout person, but this is one I’m going to be hunting down soon so I can drink more of it.
